We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase date (date listed on your email receipt) for most items in new condition.
We’re happy to give you a one-time price adjustment if the item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order’s purchase date. A refund for the price difference will be issued as online store credit.
Worn, washed, damaged or altered items cannot be returned, all original tags must be attached. Health, Beauty and Undergarments items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: panties, bras, briefs, disposable masks and items marked as “Final Sale.”
Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 3 business days after we receive your return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. This policy is subject to change without notice.
How to Return
Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Refunds and Shipping
Be sure to provide correct shipping address as there will be no refunds for orders not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
